XXVII Annual General Assembly and Conference in Turku, Finland 10-13 May 2017

Dear friends, welcome to the 27th annual General Assembly and Conference of the Association of the Castles and Museums around the Baltic Sea. This year the aim of the conference and seminar is “Working with Museum Audiences – Towards Active and Inspiring Customer Experience”. The seminar presentations focus on the different pedagogical and inspiring approaches on working with the public and customer service development projects in various countries and museums around the Baltic Sea.

We invite you all to discuss and share experiences on the topic as well as to explore the historical city of Turku, the former capital of the country. You can sign up by April 8th by using the e-registration form linked below. We are looking forward to see you in Turku.
