Board meeting and XXX General Assembly of Association
Dear colleagues, members of the Baltic Sea Castles and Museums Association!
The year 2020 was unusual for all of us – full of uncertainty, challenges and at the same time new opportunities.
Unfortunately, the board meeting, the conference and the General Assembly scheduled for 2020 in Kalmar, Sweden, could not take place, so we have postponed it. And even now we can meet virtually only.
The Board meeting will take place on 27 January 2021.
The General Assembly will take place on 29 January 2021 at 12.00 o’clock in Eastern European Time (as in Finland), and we plan to hold it in Microsoft Teams with the agenda discussed and prepared by the Board and technical support and assistance by Jouni Marjamäki and the National Museum of Finland. Most PC have Microsoft Teams installed.
If you do not have Teams, you can join meeting with Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge browsers. You can also download Teams freely to Android phones and iPhones. With them it works fine too. We will send a link to the General Assembly meeting shortly.
The main issues of the General Assembly are:
- Review of 2019
- Audit report
- Participation records
- Presentation of potential new members
- Action and financial plan for 2021.
- Next Board Meeting and General Assembly
Looking forward to see you all!
