Management and organizational issues were also discussed: improving the Association's representation on social media; the content and organization of the next General Assembly, cooperation between member castles, etc. The meeting took place at the State Hermitage Vyborg Center in Pantsarlax Bastion. An extensive tour of Vyborg's architectural and cultural heritage was organized for board members and invited persons.

The group had the opportunity to explore the Old Town, Town Hall Tower, Clock Tower, St. Hyacinth Church, a city library built by Alvar Aalto, and of course Vyborg Castle. It was a good opportunity not only to visit these sites and learn about their history but also meet professionals and discuss restoration and community education issues.
