Dear friends, welcome to the 27th annual General Assembly and Conference of the Association of the Castles and Museums around the Baltic Sea. This year the aim of the conference and seminar is “Working with Museum Audiences – Towards Active and Inspiring Customer Experience”. The seminar presentations focus on the different pedagogical and inspiring approaches on working with the public and customer service development projects in various countries and museums
around the Baltic Sea.
